Freshfields needed a faster, more intuitive way for employees to handle IT needs across a global legal practice. The existing system made simple tasks feel like uphill battles. That’s where Monochrome came in.

We built a custom ServiceNow IT portal that gives staff everything they need, without the clutter. Log incidents, browse the service catalogue, submit onboarding and facilities requests, or simply find answers, all in a few clicks.

Navigation is crystal clear. Tasks are prioritised with “Things To Action.” And the interface? Designed to match the prestige and precision of a top-tier law firm.

This portal proves how self-service IT can work in even the most complex, compliance-heavy environments. One of the best IT portal examples in the legal space, hands down.
