This concept was created for the Ministry of Justice to illustrate how Monochrome’s WOW! Portal can be customised to reflect both departmental branding and wider government design standards. 

The objective was to improve the internal digital experience for MoJ staff by delivering a user-focused, visually coherent portal that simplifies access to IT support and self-service functions.

As a UK government department, the MoJ aligns with HM Government branding guidelines, incorporating its own specific identity elements. Monochrome implemented the UK Government Design System to ensure the portal met accessibility, consistency, and usability best practices. 

Built on the ServiceNow Service Portal framework, the WOW! Portal combines modern UX/UI design, configurable modular widgets, and tailored branding, empowering MoJ employees to efficiently navigate IT requests, approvals, and knowledge content within an intuitive digital environment.
