This concept was developed for National Rail to demonstrate how Monochrome’s WOW! Portal can be fully branded to reflect a client’s identity. 

The aim was to elevate the internal digital experience for National Rail employees by delivering a user-focused, visually aligned portal that simplifies access to IT support and self-service tools.

Built on the ServiceNow Service Portal framework, the WOW! Portal leverages Monochrome’s advanced UX and UI design, modular components, and full brand integration. 

The result is a streamlined, intuitive platform through which National Rail staff can manage IT requests, approvals, and knowledge resources with greater ease and efficiency.
