The WOW! Portal was built on the ServiceNow Service Portal framework, incorporating advanced UX/UI capabilities, modular widgets, and the distinctive 'Royal Mail Red' branding to align with Royal Mail's identity.
The solution streamlines how the internal users at Royal Mail interact with IT services, Requests, Approvals, and Knowledge content.
