Informa transitioned from using ServiceNow’s Service Portal to embracing Employee Center as their next-generation IT Service Hub. To ensure a scalable, user-friendly experience, they selected Monochrome to lead the design and build of their new ServiceNow Employee Center.
Monochrome focused on delivering a clean, intuitive portal that maximised the use of ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box features, keeping configuration light while still providing a highly tailored experience. Key enhancements included implementing the Mega Menu to highlight cross-departmental services from Finance, Security & Compliance, and Informa Markets.
The result? A polished and efficient Employee Center that immediately received strong positive feedback from Informa employees for its improved navigation, clarity, and usability.
Following launch, the portal was handed over to Informa’s designated support partner for long-term maintenance and service continuity, ensuring a smooth transition and sustained value.
