Monochrome was engaged by NHS Scotland to design and develop an internal IT Service Management (ITSM) portal based on its WOW! Portal solution. The objective was to transform the internal digital experience for NHS Scotland staff by creating a user-centric, branded portal that made it easier to access IT support and self-service resources.

The portal was built on the ServiceNow Service Portal framework, incorporating advanced UX/UI capabilities, modular widgets, and custom branding to align with NHS Scotland’s identity. The solution was designed for internal NHS users, streamlining how they interacted with IT services, tracked requests, and accessed knowledge content.
