Shutterfly - WOW! Portal

Shutterfly needed a centralised IT support hub to keep their creative teams, production facilities, and corporate staff connected and productive. The goal was to replace multiple disjointed systems with a single, easy-to-use ServiceNow Service Portal.

Monochrome delivered a fully branded IT self-service portal that gives employees one place to log incidents, request hardware or software, access knowledge articles, and track open tickets. Navigation is clean and logical, with prominent quick links to the most-used services.

Role-based views ensure each user sees the tools and resources most relevant to their role, whether they are in the design studio, a fulfilment centre, or a support function. Integrated search, guided forms, and status updates make it easy to resolve issues faster and reduce dependency on the service desk.

This portal is one of the best examples of how a focused IT service experience can reduce downtime, improve satisfaction, and help teams stay productive in a fast-moving, seasonal business environment.
